Wow! It finally did. This is the virgin with wings on the Panecillo hill overlooking Quito. Cool statue, but lots of crappy modern art surrounds it. There is a jackass in the lower left corner. I don´t know why someone thought it would accompany the statue of the virgin. Maybe the artist was a Democrat.
